As a lifelong student of sales and influence, Mike has achieved success in many industries such as telemarketing sales, beverage sales, residential and commercial construction sales, furniture sales, insurance sales, and real estate. At the turn of the century, Mike discovered a new passion for the automotive industry. He quickly rose through the ranks from Salesperson, to Finance Manager, to Finance Director, to General Manager, to Vice President of Sales. Mike has served in both franchise and independent dealer groups; leading teams as large as 80+ to reach new heights of achievement. Mike has also served in both public and private subprime auto lending organizations forging new relationships, innovating programs, increasing originations, and improving collections.
In 2013, Mike founded Cornerstone Dealer Development to provide the very best training, development, and support for dealerships to grow and prosper.
